Descrição: A field trip to the Radlice Dairy in Smíchov, Prague. The film viewers can see not only the dairy interiors and their equipment, but they also get familiar with the manufacturing process and dairy products manufacturing. They can follow the manufacturing process and production of yogurts and butter, watch the working pace of the dairy employees upon their churning, shaping and packing of butter, which is then deposited in a fridge. The film shows manual packing of dairy products, production of cheese, cottage cheese, milk renneting. We also get a glimpse of the cheese cellar, where the produced cheese gets mature and later on it is packed/wrapped. We get familiar with the production of lactose. Finished dairy products are put to boxes produced in the dairy plant and exported to London, Barcelona, Tokio and Amsterdam. The final shot will provide you with a view of the shop window showing various dairy products.
